Guess who's here! :)

Halsa is here again! :) She is here until Monday night. :) She's having fun playing with Whitley and Dahlia and they are getting along petty good. I'll post pictures probably at the end of the weekend.

Also, Whitley's in heat again so she is stuck home for 3 weeks and Ben had to go to a sitter until October 14th because he was paying a little too much attention to Whitley. He will come back hopefully on the 15th (she is done on the 14th) and then she is going to a sitter the 15th-18th (or 19th) while I'm at GEB for Halsa's IFT. And then at the end of the month Whitley is going on a switch with Pride, a 12 month old German Shepherd. :)

The news.....

Well, I just found out that my Whitley girl is heading back to GEB for her IFT December 11th. Her test is the 13th. I'm going to miss her!!!!!

HH10 litter

Well, Halsa had 3 siblings have their IFT today. Henrietta, Harriet, and Hawkins. Harriet and Hawkins are in training and Henrietta is on Breed Eval. Way to go!! :) Holiday and Henna have thier IFT in October with Halsa and last I heard Hobbs has his IFT in November. :)

I'm puppy sitting Martha for the weekend too. She is a black lab and is 15 months old. She goes in for IFT with Halsa in October.

A Year Ago Today...

I've now had Whitley in my home for ONE YEAR! I can't believe it's been a year, and a wonderful year at that! I love her to pieces!!!!

Beau is the only pup (so far!) I've raised who has graduated as a guide so here's to Beau and Tom this month during National Guide Dog Month!! :D

Halsa's Mom :)

Halsa's mom, Shelby, recently was bred again to a black lab named Panther, well she had the litter May 22nd. There were 8 puppies, all black labs. Their names were Flex, Freedom, Ford, Favor, Felicia, Fulton, Floral, and Francine. They all passed, except for Flex, and are now with Puppy Raisers. I got to meet most of them when I was at GEB so that was fun. :)
